Dat's Nice Wild Salmon Loaf

Salmon is so good and really good for us, too! This is a classic recipe that just got better. Adding Dat's Nice Chickin Dippin Sauce adds just the right amount of zip to this seafood entree.
Ingredients
  • 3 - 5oz Cans Skinless/Boneless Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon (do not drain)
  • ⅓ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • ½ Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
  • ½ Cup Sweet Onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ Cup Red Bell Peppers, finely chopped
  • ¼ Cup Green Bell Peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 Teaspoons Celery Flakes
  • 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil (+1 Tablespoon for Greasing Pan)
  • ⅓ to ½ Cup Dat’s Nice Chickin Dippin Sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. With extra oil, grease the center of a 13 x 9 inch casserole or Pyrex pan.
  3. Flake salmon into mixing bowl.
  4. Add all ingredients and mix together just like meatloaf.
  5. Add more or less Chickin Dippin Sauce as desired.
  6. Form into loaf and place in center of greased pan.
  7. Spray loaf with olive oil spray.
  8. Bake 30-40 minutes until outside turns golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and let rest for 7-10 minutes before slicing.
