Thank you for shopping with Dat’s Nice Hot Sauce. Due to the nature of our products being perishable food goods and for health and safety reasons, Dat’s Nice Hot Sauce does not accept returns or offer refunds. We’re Sorry!
Please notify us immediately upon receipt if your order arrives damaged. We take care to wrap every single order to protect it; however, USPS ships thousands of packages daily and as fast as possible. That said, at times the carriers could be less delicate than they should. If an item arrives damaged, we will only ask that you send us a few pictures so that we can take those pictures to the post office. We will then ship you replacement products for damaged bottles.
