An old family favorite are our Datil Pepper Rubs. We haven’t offered these in a while; typically special order, this is just one of our flavorful rubs; definitely a must-have for pork loin to make it crusty, juicy and tender.
The combination of sweet and two heats is ideal for pulled pork. So many folks slather their pork in sauce, but Kansas City rubs are fixed with our flavorful spices letting the spicy flavor come through.
